**Terms and Conditions listed below are only applicable to each specified product and should be read as an addition to the general trading terms, not as a replacement.**

Small Business Audit Service
The Small Business Audit: services supplied for a maximum of 25 seats/users
Small Business Audit Service Exclusions:
  • Assessment does not include assessment of any software, code, scripts, other customisations, or 3rd party software.
  • The assessment does not include on-site visits or physical assessments.
  • Excludes business utilising local and cloud servers.

Microsoft 365 Small Business Setup
Microsoft 365 Basic Business Set up; services supplied for a maximum of 25 seats/users

Microsoft 365 Basic Setup Service Exclusions:
  • Service excludes all activities not stipulated in the Actions Performed section
  • Excludes any additional licenses, fees or services required to complete service delivery

Microsoft 365 for Migration Service
The Microsoft 365 Migration; services supplied for a maximum of 25 seats/users
The below items must be provided to provider for successful delivery of the Microsoft 365 Migration service are as follows:
  • The customer must have an existing Domain Name
  • The customer must have credentials or contact information for updating their DNS records with their host provider
  • The customer must have at least 1 valid Microsoft 365 for business licence
  • The customer must have a suitable internet connection of at least 10Mbps

Microsoft 365 for Migration Service Exclusions:
The following exclusions apply to the delivery of this service:
  • Service excludes all activities not stipulated in the Actions Performed section
  • Excludes any additional licenses, fees or services required to complete service delivery

Desktop Support Subscription
Tech2 will in all instances seek to remediate the client’s issue. This remediation will be provided remotely and where a remote solution is not deliverable tech2 will provide guidance to the client to resolve the issue external to tech2 support services.

The requirements for the successful delivery of the audit service are as follows:
  • The customer must have a suitable internet connection of at least 10Mbps
  • tech2 representatives must be provided remote access to the device or resource the client wishes them to troubleshoot
  • The client representative must have all required login credentials prepared for tech2 employees to successfully troubleshoot the issue
  • Device OS must be in the supported OS list stipulated in this document
  • Clients can log a ticket via Phone, Email or Ticket Portal and the issue will be addressed in accordance with response targets
  • Response target time frame is 4 hours
  • Service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (AEST)

Desktop Support Exclusions:
The following exclusions apply to the delivery of this service:
  • Service excludes all activities not stipulated in the Actions Performed section
  • Excludes any additional licenses, fees or services required to complete service delivery
  • Excludes any additional hardware or Software costs required to complete the service delivery
  • Service excludes tutorials, training, walk-through, and guidance unless stipulated in the Actions Performed section
  • Excludes Virus / Malware scans and infection remediation

  • Applications - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, TeamViewer, Zoom, iTunes, Adobe Reader, DropBox, 7-Zip, Bitwarden
  • Operating Systems - Windows 8.1 and above, macOS 12.5.4 and above, iOS 12.5.4 and above, Android 10 and above
  • Backup Applications - Native OS Backup utility (Time machine, File History), Datto Backup, Sirius, Alto
