1. Promotion Overview

- This promotion is applicable only to Technology Services and Security plans offered by Harvey Norman Technology for Business.

- Eligible customers who sign up under the terms outlined below will receive a discount from the published RRP prices based on users:

10% for up to 10 users

15% for up to 24 users

20% for up to 200 users

2. Eligibility Criteria

- To qualify for this promotion, the customer must:

- Sign up for a minimum 12-month Technology Services or Security plan.

- Have a user base of less than 200 users.

- Pay the implementation invoice in full within 14 days of the invoice being issued.

3. Promotion Benefits

- Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, the customer will be entitled to the discounts outlined in point 1.

- This promotion applies to plan fees only. All other charges are excluded, including but not limited to:

- Licenses

- Products

- Implementation fees

- Migration costs

- Any other associated costs outside of the standard plan fees.

4. Exclusions

- The promotion does not cover any fees or charges outside the base plan fees, including any additional services, products, or third-party costs.

- Customers who do not meet the eligibility criteria, including failing to pay the implementation invoice within the specified 14-day period, will not be entitled to the promotion.

5. Duration of Promotion

- This promotion is valid until October 31, 2024.

- All sign-ups must be completed, and implementation invoices paid by this date to qualify.

6. General Conditions

- Harvey Norman Technology for Business reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws Queensland.

8. ABOUT HARVEY NORMAN TECHNOLOGY FOR BUSINESS

8.1. Tech4biz Pty Ltd ACN 635 506 688 as trustee of the Tech4biz No 2 Trust (trading as Harvey Norman Technology for Business) provides the Services is an independent franchisee that has been granted a franchise and carries on a Franchisee Business that includes the provision and sale of information technology products and services.

8.2. Each Franchisee that operates its Franchisee Business under any name or style of any of the ‘Harvey Norman®’ trademarks is a Franchisee, and unrelated to our Franchisee Business (“Other Harvey Norman Franchisee”);

8.3. Any and all offers and representations made by us are connected solely to us and our Franchisee Business only; and

8.4. We do not make, or authorise any offer or representation that is specified or otherwise is made by any Other Harvey Norman Franchisee and do not represent that any goods or services in this Agreement will be offered by or available from any Other Harvey Norman Franchisee at the specified price, or at all and you must not represent otherwise.

By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
