* All technology service and security packages will incur a one-time setup fee, which covers the significant work involved in preparing and configuring services for a new customer. This setup process is critical to ensure a smooth transition and includes tasks such as onboarding users, configuring endpoint security, deploying remote monitoring agents, setting up backup systems, integrating with our helpdesk and ticketing platform, implementing cybersecurity policies, configuring your M365 tenancy, and configuring individual devices. Where required, we also assist with data migration from previous systems. The total setup fee varies depending on factors such as the number of users, number of devices, and the complexity of any migration or custom requirements. As a general guide, the setup fee starts with a fixed fee of $1,200 plus $150 per device ex GST, with additional charges for services such as data migration, or legacy system decommissioning. You will be provided with an exact quote after a discovery session is done to understand your unique environment and requirements.
